// KILLER PRE-SESH WARM UP //

They say your most genius time is in the shower. I thought of this epic new warm up right there. Use it at home or in the gym before your usual regime and get your heart rate pumping for a sweaty sesh. Best thing is you don't need to fight anyone for any equipment because it's totally body weight based.

It's called the 'OZONE 100'

20 x walk outs (to standing)

20 x mountain climbers (both legs is 1)

20 x press ups

20 x in and outs (jump in and jump out in press up position)

20 x burpees (chest to floor)

Repeat x 2 and then stretch. EPIC.
